SATO printheads purchased through our online store are guaranteed to be original equipment printheads, not aftermarket brands or low cost substitutes.
The warranty period for SATO printheads is as follows:
**Printheads for the M5900RVe and the M8459Se Series Printers are exempt, which have a warranty period of one (1) year or 50km (2,000,000 linear inches), whichever occurs first.
Note: Modification of the printer and/or improper use or maintenance will void the printer warranty. Damage caused by the use of non-approved thermal carbon ribbon and/or labels or other physical damage to the prinhead or platen roller will void the warranty.
