Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our site utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer the option of submitting your order directly by calling (704) 644-1650 and speaking with a Customer Service Representative. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
When ordering online, applicable sales tax will be applied when shipping to states in which it is required by law to do so.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.

How much will my shipping charges be?
During the order process, you will be given the opportunity of selecting a variety of shipping methods. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed.

When will my order be shipped?
If the order is received by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and is requested to be sent via UPS Red or Blue, the order will be shipped that day. If an order is being sent via UPS Ground, it will be shipped within two or three business days.

What are SATO's store hours?
SATO America's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). We are able to assist you "in person" during office hours by calling us directly at (704) 644-1650.

What if I need to return my order?
You may return an item in its original condition for a credit within 15 days. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and a return merchandize authorization (RMA) number. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. Refunds will be credited to your credit card account. A restocking charge of 15% will apply to items being returned for causes other than our error or defective merchandise. What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only). A Customer Service Representative will email you to notify you of the back order. At that point it is your choice, you can either have the order shipped incomplete or wait until the order can be processed in full.
